The IBB grading system will provide travelers with detailed information on the thousands of zimmerim throughout Israel and analyze 140 different criteria in accordance with international hotel standards, including size of rooms, distance of hotel from central attractions, cleanliness, credible advertising and price.
"The expansion of the ranking project will contribute to the improvement of Israel's overall tourism," says Stas Misezhnikov, Israel Minister of Tourism. "The system will also generate an increase in demand that will result in more jobs in rural areas."
Travelers will be able to view the rank of zimmerim and book online in accordance with availability, price per night and nearby attractions.
